Unban Reason: I was a UPS driver and i was originally pulled over and restrained then i got ran over and taken to the hospital this was when i was ran over again and then when i was unconscious i was unrestrained or thats what the chat said it said i was uncuffed im guessing the officer had bigger fish to fry or more important things to do so i got up and it said i was still handcuffed but i could pull out my phys gun and everything along those lines so it was apparent i wasn't actually "handcuffed" then i cant move because your slowed when your handcuffed so i was glitched so i try to relog and that was when i was banned because i guess i was still registered as being cuffed when in reality i was actually uncuffed
