The whole reason why im mad is because my game had crashed and the admin hadnt even taken me to a sit before the crash so how was i ment to know that he was going to jail me in an admin situation? i understand why the admin has put fearRP because once he had told my freind to step out the vehicle with his gun out i drove away, But i dont understand why he has put Attempted VDM or Failrp. I have read the rules about twice now once before joining the server and just the now there i really dont think i should deserve being banned for a week for this. Ive tried my hardest to find evidence for my game crashing and the only evidence is when i messaged my freind bill austin that my game crashed he then replied saying i got banned and the person that banned me. I love this server so much i havent stopped playing it for almost a week now i really hope that you understand where im coming from, im not trying to break rules im just trying to have fun roleplaying with people in this server for in my opinion its the best roleplaying server in garrys mod

Hi there,

I was watching the situation from the start, it seems pretty convenient that your game crashed right at that moment, when the police had just apprehended you. The reason why you were banned straight away was because of this, as it can be assumed that at that moment, you would not have attempted to rejoin the server after disconnecting (this is all I can see from the server logs).

It's considered FailRP to steal the police car in the first place, as from what I can gather, there was no logical reason for your character to do so. The reasoning for attempted VDM also comes from this incident, as well as breaking FearRP from staying in the vehicle when the police had arrested you after you had crashed.

The ban has been lowered to 2 days, in regard to your excuse for your game crashing, however the ban will remain in place due to the reasons that have been detailed above in my previous comments.
