I would like to point out I was using an M1 grand which is a rare limited edition rifle that does 65dmg per shot/ 1 shot to the head. Therefore in this instance when I headshot him he was dropped immediately. Mr. Quitsdrop points out that he did not see me or there was nobody behind the boxes, I was holding that angle down the whole time I was in the bank and peaking every few seconds. The other bank robbers @Monzy27 @uwu & @OfficialCarMechanic was third-personing around the corner and letting me know once somebody pushes. The difference in ping US/UK adds to the visual delay in which it took him to see me. Quitsdrop also points out that I had a red dot sight on him, you can't put any sight onto the M1 Grand so I don't see how that's possible. I will start recording once my shadowplay is fixed to stop these rubbish accusations in the future.

In the provided evidence you're not seen peeking once prior to killing the police officer. Holding down an agle doesn't guarantee 100% headshot hitchance - you'd still need to adjust your aim according to the players movement - which he did since he walked down the stairs - or you just let your aim assist do its job and let go of crouch for 0,2 seconds.

You cannot pull the latency card for visuals since it's bogus anyway. With all theses accusations you should've thought about "fixing" your shadowplay beforehand, not afterwards. It's really unfortunate how everyone's recording software just "doesn't work" when they're in trouble.

It's great to see that your friends are violating our PvP rules with third-person abuse. They'll be punished accordingly, thanks for that.

The Third-Person view may not be used before and during combat. This includes switching back and forth from your equipped weapons to perform this action.

The cops were rushing from that corner the whole time during the raid and I was well aware of the cops being around the corner. There was no reason for me not to assume he was going to rush from that corner at some point. "you'd still need to adjust your aim according to the player's movement " Yes and I did, I was already aiming directly at him, he could have crouch jumped to the right with a gun aimed but he straight up just tried running down the stairs with no weapon and got dropped by me, perhaps he should have played smarter.
