Relevant Evidence: I was running for mayor and, granted, I was using vulgar terms in my advertisements, I attempted to put what was said in spoilers to avoid doing the same thing that got me banned however Spoilers would not work, so if asked of me I will remove quotes, but for now I belive them necessary for this appeal. "If you vote me mayor I will personally suck your dick. A vote for me is a vote for cocksucking", Along those lines. Personally I didn't see this as Abusive, but would have been completely okay with stopping the adverts if I had been warned about it, but my problem is I was never warned, nor was I brought into a sit, While ignorance of something is no excuse I do think that a warning would have sufficed, as I never targeted anyone with malicious intent, in fact, I never mentioned anyone specifically, other than saying that I would also make something legal that the others running for mayor said; I.E. Gun licenses, things like that, there was no abuse in this, only agreement to others. The problem in the advertisements themselves I would have handled by simply ceasing advertising and no longer saying what I said, had I been made aware that what I was doing was harming the experience of others I could have stopped, but I was not made aware of this fact. No warning came to me by an admin, and OOC, as far as i'm aware, had no one telling me they didn't want me to say it, in fact, the only comment made on it in OOC was made by people joining in on the joke "Personally you say? What if we dont have a dick?" If anyone had asked me to stop, especially if it had been an admin, I would have, but I was only told I should stop, after I had been banned.
A warning was issued to another person running for mayor, not targeting what I was saying, because they had spoken several times about child pornography, and as far as I know no further action was taken against them, however I was banned several seconds after he was told not to mention it.
Additional members involved/witnessing: Michael Greene was Recording at the time and has some of what was said. If text logs are possible I would greatly appreciate it.
