Ban Reason: Too many warning points
Unban Reason: I was raiding someone and at the end 1 person surrendered and we told them not to move otherwise we would kill them and they moved so we shot them and they called staff saying we RDMed them which is completley untrue and while we were discussing this Airless gave me a warning point with not even telling me he would issue one and Ja1003 came up and said not to continue talking about it.

The person had their hands up and the rule states 2.2.6 Surrendered parties (in a Raid, Mugging, Kidnapping and/or Robbery) may not be killed unless they are actively resisting, not valuing their life, threatening to kill or snitch on you, yelling for help or the Law Enforcement fail to fulfill requested demands. You failed to comply with this rule and killed the man for looking around. You were banned for too many warning points but your recent punishments show you've done similar things in the past.
