Ban Reason: misuse of report system
Unban Reason: I was wrong to ask that in help chat, I just wanted to know if the joke could go in ooc and I now realize that I shouldn't have, it was late at night and me and some of my friends where just messing around with carnival stuff and I hadn't spoken in ooc in a while so I wanted to put in a joke that was clearly not funny and I wanted to know if I could put it in ooc so I asked in help and showed the joke. I am sorry and I will not do it again.

Time of Occurrence: last night sometime around 3 am I think, I logged off and didn't notice I got banned until now.

It's common sense that you should not put something like the thing you put in OOC nor help chat. However, I will change this to a 3 day OOC blacklist. You will face harsher punishments in the future if you decide to do something like this again.
