Ban Reason: "Dox" (Name only, No private info or malicious info)
Unban Reason: An admin had said that I had "doxed" a player in the community by simply putting their real name as my game name. That is ALL. Me and the "victim" were close friends and were only having a minor disagreement at the time, so I thought it would be funny to make my game name as his real name. I did not disclose any private information that would jeopardize his security. I did not do anything malicious as it was not my intent. It was all just fun and games. I was then pulled into a sit in which the admin asked me to change my name and had no problem doing so. I agreed to change my name but before I could do anything I was immediately permanently banned. I do not blame the admin for permanently banning me at that time and from how it looked. It looked like I invaded the "victim's" privacy to figure out his name and info about them, but in reality I was friends with the person and would talk regularly in the past among other friends which is how I found out about his name (public knowledge). It looked bad from an admin's point of view which is totally understandable. My point is, all of this was a big misunderstanding and everything happened so fast. My intentions were never bad in any way and I feel like the punishment was a bit extreme to permanently ban me for such a small offense. When I used to play some years back before I was banned, I was never one to get into any problems. I always followed rules and had no issues with admins or other players for the most part so it's not like it was a regular occurence. I had fun on your server and met alot of great people. I understand that you take these things very seriously and will not take similar situations lightly if you do decide to give me another chance. I would love to see what the server and the community has grown to since then. Been some years.
