So the cadet in the video (before Tyrome gets there) walks into the cinema (That me and my group own) without permission, after he was killed and died in the police raid on that cinema. You can hear me in the clip asking the cadet "Aiden" to leave and he wouldn't. I then give the cadet a timer to leave (3 seconds) just to turn around and start running toward the door, and he backs up because I pulled a gun on him, but dosent turn around or head towards the door so me thinking this cadet isnt going to comply shoot him before 3. So I gave the cadet a warning, and a chance to leave so how was this RDM?

And since my group owns the property and I have the keys to that property am is that really even RDM? He walked into owned establishment and was trespassing. Isnt that KOSable anyway?
