Ban Reason: Disconnecting from a raid / fail rp.
Time of Occurrence: 13:44 i believe
Relevant Evidence: None unfortunately cause i dont have a crash report due to my game not fully crashing as it froze and i had to close it by using task manager.
Additional members involved/witnessing: Elias Thompson // after my game froze and i had to force quit it i rung my friend on skype.. he also plays on the server.


When i was being raided by an admin due to an influx of 5 people storming in with guns and them all speaking at the same time i was banned for disconnecting even though my game legitimately crashed as my screen went black and froze i also couldn't hear or see anything let alone being able to react with the people raiding me. So due to the problem with my game freezing i had to tab out and quit my game though task manager as i had no other option. I think this was unfair as what happened i couldn't do anything about it. also with this i havent broken any other rules on the server or gotten any warnings or bans. I just believe i should be unbanned due to this awkward timed coincidence that i couldn't do anything about.

Okay to clarify the ban reason was Disconecting to avoid RP | FearRP.

I warned you ealier in the day about FearRP where you have to drop illegal Items and money.

Okay so what happened was we went a bought a house, we went to the house we bought and somone was doing weed inside so we decided to Rob him, we ran inside he said 5 guys were shouting but If I recall It was my idea and I was actually talking when no one was, I said stop right there, then you looked at us and I said as you are doing weed drop any weed you have and your money, he then walked over to me and then logged out as you can see in the screenshot.

Look if your game really crashed I am sorry but it seems alot like your lying, as you just didnt want to drop the weed you stalled the situation you were looking around at us all for about 1min then you walked over to me and logged out its very strange. However if you have proof it is a crash and show me the logs or a video. I will be happy to Accept the appeal as I have said to your friend that was msging me. I dont feel this is unfair as you were warned for FearRp already in a hostage situation and you was saying " I dont have to drop it".

Again its only a 1 day ban and if you have proof Ill be happy to sort it out as for now this is DENIED

Just to clarify i didnt say 'i dont have to drop it' i said 'i cant drop it' as you had me in cuffs at the time and im sorry about that as i actually did drop it in the first place, i didnt come up with some bullshit excuse not to drop it and when you came to the house if i was able to go by what you said which i dont know what you said as i was unavaillable to respond i wouldve dropped whatever you requested because im actually on the server to rp and not to fuck around.

You were obviously trying to fake AFK (Kyle Lasky, Hazza, Pizza, and a few more saw) and you can drop items in cuffs, I do it all the time.

You were in the wrong place at the wrong time, being in our house growing weed was your own risk to take as you were freeloading and you must have realised the owners could have been home at any point.

You did NOT crash, as the disconnection was client driven and not a timeout.

You got triggered then banned, end of, deal with it.
Quite frankly the bans on monolith are weak as fuck and its 24 hours so suck it up, your actions ensured you would be banned, not ours.

Not only will this appeal never succeed, Harry may be nice and say that

but we all know you are chatting shit, even if you did crash (you didn't), how convenient that you did so exactly when you are about to suffer loss.
