Ban Reason: Cop baiting
Unban Reason: I want to start by saying that I didn't mean to cop bait. I did point a gun in front of a cop but I didn't do it to be able to start shooting at the cop or start a pursuit. I pointed the gun to the person because I wanted them to introduce. It might seem stupid to point a gun at someone for them to introduce, which is, but at that time I was messing around a bit because I was a bit bored. The person that I pointed the gun at was in an org in which I know almost everyone in it and I needed to know who he was because I wanted to know if he was the one that placed an order in my gun store.

At first I didn't see the cop, I was behind a statue and I was writing an ad. I then saw the person and pointed the gun at him. For a brief moment, I saw the cop crouching at the bottom right of my screen, I didn't see him fully but I knew he was a cop. The reason that I continued is because I didn't see any gun on his back or drawn out, I didn't think that he could be able to do something to me so I continued. He then starts to cuff me and I try to run away to not be cuffed. If I wasn't cuffed I would have tried to explain the situation, not shoot him or escape from him. He then uncuffs me and I run away because I thought that he let me go free.

I take some steps back and I see the person that didn't introduce to me pull out a gun and start shooting at the cop which then someone else kills. I then come back to his body and fully kill him because I didn't want him to get revived and call for back up at park because I knew the person that killed him.

I acknowledge my mistake of pointing a gun at someone for them to introduce. If I had fully seen the cop I would have unequiped my weapon and apologize to the cop for the crime. When he uncuffed me I didn't have any intent to kill him because he had let me go but my friends nearby unfortunately killed him. At no point did I ever want to be chased by the cops I only wanted that person to introduce to me, nothing else. In my opinion I should be punished of course but I don't think that a 5 day ban is fair. What I think I should recieve as punishment is a 3-5 day weapons blacklist instead of a 5 day ban because the situation is mostly about me pointing a gun.

One more thing that I would like to say is that I didn't respond to the report made at me because at that time I didn't think of anything that I could say to defend myself.

Hello Kris,

Randomly pointing a gun at someone without a reason especially in spawn where any cop can see you, is not acceptable. You should have told your friend to introduce without a gun being pointed, and continued to follow the server rules.

I should be punished of course but I don't think that a 5 day ban is fair. What I think I should recieve as punishment is a 3-5 day weapons blacklist instead of a 5 day ban because the situation is mostly about me pointing a gun.

Unfortunately, you have quite a history with this and it appears nothing is really changing. You can call it whatever you want, at the end of the day it is still copbaiting, and the more you do it, the harsher the punishments will be. Your ban will not be lifted so you understand not to do this again.
