Idk if this will help his case but we were in mechanic and we were killed someone for threatening his life and the next second I just see him standing still I called out his name multiple times and he didnt respond and then the next thing I see is a cop gunning us both down and he then disconnected after sitting on "The server appears to be down" screen and was banned.
