Ban Reason: Mass RDM - no appeal
Unban Reason: I killed 3 people inside the bank. I was picked by a staff member and banned without getting a chance of explaining what happened. It all started from an argument earlier, but I can't remember the context since it happened a while ago. I believe an unappealable perm ban for killing 3 people is a bit extreme. If the RP reasoning behind it was lacking, I apologize. A one month ban would've been more understandable if I broke this rule and would've warned me at least.

Hello,

Your ban reason includes "associated with drama". Permanent bans require permission from a Server Director or above in order to be issued and they are only issued with valid justification. This means that you did not just massRDM, but did so in order to cause drama.

In addition to that, I don't understand why you have waited months to appeal your ban, if you believed that the ban reason was incorrect.

I waited and did not bother since the ban included "no appeal" in it. I don't understand what sort of drama I could have caused by killing people inside the bank. Now that I remember, it started from a robbery that I initiated. I told someone to put their hands up, some people got inside and I shot them. Afterwards, I was grabbed by a staff member that couldn't hear me speak or ignored what I was saying. I was only told that I am getting banned for Mass RDM, nothing about drama.

As mentioned before, a Server Director and above would not approve a permanent ban and include "associated with drama" in your ban reason, unless you actually did that and were trying to be malicious.

With this in mind, the ban will remain in place.
