I'd like to raise the point that this individual has suicided to avoid arrest 2 times in one gameplay session, and that no matter how often staff picked him up, he opted to jump straight back into the water.

It seems rulebreaks to avoid RP are a little too common - I'd invite Gabe here to re-read the rules.

but i wouldnt have disconnected if it wasnt for the weather i have no control over that but the suicide was my bad

Looking into your case,

You have an extensive history while playing on any job, you have about 3-5 blacklists on jobs and you just keep breaking the rules. If you had lagged out the server our logs will have shown that. Coincidentally, you claim your wifi lagged out while you were being arrested by police after an admin sit. Please take this time to read and understand the rules found here.
