Ban Reason: Fail drive, cop bait and ltap
Unban Reason: Right I'm gonna do this in parts.

1. The ltap - I feel this is the most unwarranted part of the ban. Me and @Mr.Alex got pulled out of rp and frozen (side note - Alex was just there with me the whole time he didn't get punished to my knowledge.) and got in a sit with Skojenmeister, Tru was also there I think he was just watching or smth. He was talking to me when my game just shut down. No freeze/not responding it just blipped out. I instantly @ Skojen and Tru in an org discord telling them my game crashed, I also msged Tru/Skojen in dms and Mr. Alex to say my game crashed. I got told by Alex I was getting banned for ltap and then called Tru and asked him to tell Skojen he then got us both in monolith rp 2 when I got told that occurring to logs I had left. I don't have proof that my game just crashed but the fact that I rejoined before he banned me and got in a vc/msged him asap within 5 mins of the crash to me proves I didn't leave. (I got in a vc about 5 mins later Skojen didn't respond to my ping/mgs on discord, I instantly msged/pinged the others tho). Even if I did leave (which I didn't) why would I then get in a vc with em instantly, and msg/@ all of them instantly, it just wouldn't make any sense. What could I gain from leaving, no one made me get back on and I didn't once try to say I have to go or I'm not gonna get back on the first thing I did was start to load back up GMOD. If I was trying to leave to avoid the sit then why would I @ em both and start to get back on even before being told I was gonna get banned. I will show dms to prove this In the evidence bit.

2. Cop bait - I'm not really sure when I cop baited expect slamming into a detectives car once. I was trying to get police to catch the mayor and after they boxed me I pulled over got a ticket and talked to em and told them about the mayor who hit me and in rp I wanted payment. - They ignored this and I went back up to em and asked em to respond to my 911 call when we got pulled out. Like I'm really not sure when I cop baited unless that was a result of my driving, not sure please explain why before denying so I can respond.

3. Fail drive - I will admit I wasn't the best driver but I was lagging quite a lot and am just not a very good driver. Did I drive recklessly and hit a few ppl on accident - Yes but I don't think the ban was worth that maybe a short small vehicle blacklist or warning points, the one part that looked bad and our car got despawned for is when I crashed into a pole to casino past Ronnie's then hit into 2 parked vehicles on the left side of the road by the metro. This looked bad but I am not used to the truck I was in and it isn't mine, I apologised for this when It happened I think and that was my bad but it was intentional. This is the part of the ban I can semi understand. Although I don't think this amount of time was valid and I don't think a punishment was required but I could understand a small vehicle blacklist or a warning point but I don't think it was that bad. I think that is all I wanted to say.

4. A few little extra things - Skojen when I left the Monolith rp 2 vc, after I was banned I do remember throwing an insult that was out of frustration and I do apologise for that. Could you respond and explain some points if u plan to deny the appeal so I can respond tho I would apricate that. Thanks for reading - Tye

Hello there,

I have read your ban appeal and I will be accepting your ban appeal for the following reasons:

- Although logs do show that you had disconnected (if it was by mistake) and you didn't time out, you did make an effort to contact me immediately. Please ensure that you be more careful in the future of not disconnecting, if ever it was deliberate or not.

- I do appreciate your transparency and efforts to contact me immediately after you had disconnected.

Let me explain the reason for why I punished you for cop bating:

- Bearing in mind that you were faildriving, you were trying to gain the attention of LEO vehicles by bumping into them and trying to stop them continuing their routine duties in attempt of your own enjoyment by asking them ludicrous questions.

You might not perceive this to be cop baiting, but it just isn't fair nor justified for the players that are roleplaying as Law Enforcement Officers.

Please ensure that you do not do this in the future, be more responsible for your own actions and try to roleplay more sensibly.

However, on return to the server, you will be faced with a 2 day Vehicle Blacklist & 1 Warning Point for Cop Bating.
