Unban Reason: I JUST SAID I WAS GONNA LEAVE SO I WOULDNT GIVE THE TOW TRUCK DRIVER THE SATISFACTION OF DRIVING MY CAR, BUT I DIDNT MEAN IT. I WAS MAD THE COPS WERE DOING THE MOST. THERE WERE ONLY 9 PEOPLE ON AND NOTHING TO DO I PLANNED ON GETTING OFF AFTERWARDS ANYWAY. IM SORRY! I WAS OUT OF RP SO I GOT OFF. WHY AM I GETTING PUNISHED FOR THAT? THEY WERE IN RP YES BUT I WASNT.

The main reason you were banned was both your decision to vent in OOC as well as disconnecting. By stating in OOC:

(12:21 PM) (OOC) puvz: ima log before u tow it not givin yhall the satisfaction

As well as berating the cops heavily in OOC, before disconnecting soon after, it puts you in a position that looks very bad to an outside eye. However, I understand that many RP situations can be frustrating particularly when rules are broken.

I WAS OUT OF RP SO I GOT OFF. WHY AM I GETTING PUNISHED FOR THAT? THEY WERE IN RP YES BUT I WASNT.

As for this, you knew they were going to tow your vehicle and logged to prevent it. This is the primary reason for the ban.

Here's the deal, if you can convince me that this was a one-time situation and that you will try your best not to do this again, I will reduce or possibly even revoke your ban.

IT WONT HAPPEN AGAIN MAN, IT WAS SIMPLY DUE TO MY FRUSTRATION. I DEFINETELY COULD HAVE AVOIDED SAYING WHAT I DID IN OOC. BUT I WAS GOING TO LOG RIGHT AFTER MY DEATH TIMER WAS UP. THATS THE HONEST TRUTH.

Alright, here's what I'm going to do:

Since I prefer giving chances, your ban will be revoked and you will be permitted back on the server.

However, if caught attempting or succeeding in disconnecting during RP or disconnecting to effect or impede RP, you will receive a more severe punishment in the form of a lengthier ban.
