Ban Reason: killing tow truck guy after he impounded my car.
Unban Reason: I don't think I even should have got banned for this .I knew that I couldn't kill him cause that's his job so instead of killing him I wanted to kidnap and take him hostage. If he would have impounded my friends car and not mine I wouldn't have killed him but the fact that he impounded my car which he did not tow/hook. I also probably shouldn't have shot him @ 0:28 I should have gave him a better chance to react.
