Alright so I just wanna start this off with saying this whole thing was blown WAYYYY out of proportion. The way this whole thing started is I was crossing over on the 4 way intersection on the left side of the mechanic. There was at least 4-5 cars in my way so I simply honk for them to get out of my way so I can pass. So this mechanic keeps running in front of my car saying "Do you need repairs?" constantly over and over again and I told him several times that I don't need any repairs and that they need to get out the way because I'm trying to cross the road. So he keeps running in front of my vehicle trying to repair it after I already told him no and gets himself killed because I'm trying to squeeze myself out of all these vehicles. Now from here this whole thing just gets way out of hand. A police officer tells me to step out of my vehicle when he CLEARLY saw what was going on, and HEARD every word I was saying loud and clear. It was obvious the mechanic was trolling and didn't have anything else better to do with his time. So I don't have time for this because I have some weed pots in an apartment I was in a hurry to get to. So I drive off and this police officer starts unloading his sub machine gun into my vehicle and this sort of pissed me off. Anyways I drove off to the realtor building to go buy my apartment because I didn't own it anymore simply to me logging out and reconnecting because my inventory blacked out and I was nearly close to dying of thirst. So I see this officer pull up behind me, and me thinking on impulse I start shooting at this officer because I know he's going to try and kill me.
. You can see this whole scene happening here on his report he submitted on me. Notice how I'm saying "what's your problem I didn't even do anything and you're shooting at me for no reasons, etc." So after he manages to kill me, revive me, to then detain me, at this point I'm REALLY frustrated because this is all just one misunderstanding. So the officer starts to confiscate my weapons and whatnot(The weapons I literally JUST crafted and was trying to sell) and I'm thinking oh hell no this isn't fucking right I'm logging out and reconnecting and speaking to an admin as soon as possible. The ONLY reason I logged out is because if I would have reported him beforehand he took all my illegal items, I would have never gotten them refunded because I never have and figured I never will. So as I said, I disconnect and reconnect and instantly make a report to explain my situation. So from here I go in a sit with the officer (I don't remember his name but it's the guy in the video) and Bob, a server moderator, we talk this whole thing out and he tells me how I was wrong to disconnect and technically he had probable cause to arrest me/shoot at me/detain me etc. After going back and forth for what seemed like an hour, I realized I was TECHNICALLY in the wrong and regardless I broke the rules by disconnecting. I didn't feel like arguing anymore but I literally got on my knees and BEGGED not to be banned because I really enjoy playing on this server.
So from here I don't really know what happened, most of what I'm about to say is speculation but what I CAN tell you is I had NOT A SINGLE THING to do with this. Apparently, while in the sit with bob and this police officer, he starts to get ddosed. And this is around the time when I'm about to be let off the hook and thankfully not going to be banned. My question is for you, why in the WORLD would I ddos him or have anything to do with this when I'm begging on my knees to not be TEMP banned for a week to two weeks? I know the punishments for ddosing, and I know that 9.9/10 you will get permanently banned for doing shit like this. Do you REALLY think I would have this guy ddosed when I'm begging to god that I don't get temp banned for this misunderstanding? That is just downright pathetic. I was framed in the beginning, and framed in the end, and there's really no win for me here. I believe that me and this officer had got off on the wrong foot in the past at one point and time, so he was doing everything he could to get me banned. Notice how didn't even include the evidence in the video where the road was blocked and the mechanic jumped in front of my vehicle. No, he submitted only the parts of the video that would get be banned. I also think it's very ironic that he mysteriously gets ddosed around the time when the sit was about to be resolved and I was getting let off the hook. I'm not saying he had anything to do with this, but what I AM saying is I had not a DAMN thing to do with this. You guys really gotta see where I'm coming from. This is just painful that I wasted so much time on this server, spending 12+ hours daily grinding my way up to have something like this happen. I really hope this appeal gets accepted. I was planning on spending most of my time on this server before school starts, because I won't have much time to play when that time comes. I really think I should be given a second chance. Everything was a HUGE misunderstanding from the very beginning.
Anyways, I'm done ranting here. Please take my appeal very seriously into consideration. I give my word to no longer break any roleplay rules, regardless of the situation, and take responsibility from my actions. Though I do not take any responsibilities in the ddosing. I had nothing to do with that and I feel someone just really doesn't like me and went really far out of their way to get rid of me.
