Unban Reason: The situation started with me finishing berry smith because I wasnt going to walk him to the hospital for them to do surgery and wait all that time while we were in the middle of a shootout. While in the middle of the shootout arroyo brings me up into the air with his physgun telling me i cant do that and its FailRP. I then tell him to put me down and shut up. In a more rude way. He then proceeds to gag me while in the middle of a shootout so I cant give comms to my friends over radio or even talk to them at all to tell them whats going on. I then say "
(OOC) Lan Cool Guy: lets pick someone up midway rp then gag them when they tell them to shut up!" and he gives me a 1 day OOC blacklist. I then keep talking over radio and send an advert saying "
(AD) Jordan Vercetti: Then you wonder why the server is at 20 pop?
"
Which i also said was a problem in the thread about the server dying. Either way both me and arroyo couldve went better ways about this. I know I couldve been more respectful but at the same time arroyo couldve handled that situation is 100 different and better ways and as a SA i would expect him to. If your going to pick someone up mid air while they're in a shootout then expect them to get mad about it. And if your going to gag them in the middle of a situation expect them to get even more mad about it. At the end of the day both people in this situation could've handled it better and i especially think i shouldnt have gotten a ban for it.
