Unban Reason: I was basically put in cuffs for stealing a police car, I was in cuffs was managed to get away. I did not know you can leave in a situation where you are still handcuffed but got away from cops due not seeing a "leaving this will get you banned" warning. I understand that this warranted due to my ignorance but I would love get unbanned and make sure I wont leave next time this happens. Thank you!
