ban appeal

i know it sounds stupid but i want a ban appeal even having 2 hours for un-ban but the server is the best one i played so i want a ban appeal this is why i get banned: i was playing and get injured and they all know that is an rp situation so my game freezed like when your game freeze you cant move and hear the same sound like a a a a a a a a pls un-ban me pls
