Ban reason: I just got banned on server 1 for 1 week for blatant rdm and disrespect. I take this guys crops and he goes why did u steal them I pull out gun and say don't worry about it in a mugging way, when he did not comply with anything I said I was saying stop moving, get on the wall, you will be shot, etc. So I shot him and killed him. Then in the admin sit the admin doesn't listen to me at all and doesn't even let me talk, he also would not answer my questions i was trying to ask so i can correct myself next time. says I am disrespecting the kid cause I said he was 10 and disrespecting him because i talked over him once which i apologized for. I am very confused. I love your server and really want to play with my org tonight so please unban me. I really did not mean to do anything wrong but the problem is i did not know what I did was wrong that is why I was trying to ask the admin. I felt very biased towards as the admin almost instantly banned me and used the excuse I have every single thing on logs as he thought I was lying about mugging the kid even though I admitted to killing him for the reason he would not comply with my orders. I also did not know that stealing his crops from the plots was banable? Atleast thats what the admin said. I am very confused on the whole situation and I would just be ok with just being unbanned. and do not want to place a admin report. Maybe Aaron was having a bad day because I have seen him do very good admin work before. I am very sorry for the inconvenience. (Sorry if this is unorganized I have never done a report before). Hopefully something can be worked out.

1. You did not use /me when stealing the crops. You cannot steal legal items in a mug.
2. You IMMEDIATELY said to me "don't worry about it he's a squaker" when I came and started questioning you.
3. You can either steal legal items with /me, or mugging. Not both. If you steal legal items then kill him in a "mugging" way, then it's RDM. How can you expect someone to comply after you've started a mugging with broken rules?

With the rules you broke and the way you immediately responded, you clearly had no intention of being a productive player.

Please use this time to read the rules. I'll allow you the next few hours to respond to this post, however at this time it doesn't seem you fully understand that the way you were acting/playing was unacceptable.

Aaron I did not mug I did not take the plants from him or his inventory. I took it from his plots, which I should have used /me for that was my fault as I have been stolen from without /me I never knew that, and yes that is my fault. After I stole his crops I tried to mug him for his money witch is allowed. As I took his crops he pulls out his fists. I then pull out my gun and tell him to get on the ground (crouch) and he does not so I tell him again. He does not I say if you don't listen to my rules you are disobeying the fear RP rule he does not do anything but say nope nope nope, so I shoot him.Yes I was in no immediate danger but he was not complying that gives me full reason to kill him.I also thought he was trolling because of that so yes I called him a squeaker as an insult because I was mad of him fail Rping. I also said he was a squeaker because he was whining when i told him to get on the ground etc. Still I understand I should not have done that and that was wrong of me to do. I expected him to comply as I did not know I was using broken rules he did not tell me and neither did you in the sit. I would have given his plants back if I knew I did wrong. But I completely did not know. I pulled out my gun and in a mugging way I said "don't worry about it" then I proceeded to killing him after the following^. Even then I understand you put extended bans to make people be like wow i should not break the rules. I totally get why but even then I don't think this deserved a week ban as I do not even have any priors etc. But I get it all I want is to be unbanned, I don't want to continue this to a admin report etc.​
