Ban Reason: prop push and leaving during sit
Unban Reason: this was my first offence having not been banned since I joined a few months ago, yet was given a 1 year ban without warnings. Arroyo had already given me a punishment for the prop push and told me I was just getting a blacklist, so I left thinking the sit was over. he then gave me a 1 year ban. I believe this is a biased decision as I was with Rxsm who had just got banned a few minutes before the incident.

You were banned for Malicous Mass Propush. This is the result of you mass pro pushing immediately after your friend RXSM got banned and the countless other times you propushed throughout the day. In the sit you disconnected on us when we were giving you the punishment which makes it LTAP as we did not end the sit. Why should I unban you?

At no point was the prop push malicious, not one person came close to dying and the only other time I prop pushed that day was a car outside bank which moved about two meters. No one was affected by any of this and I have seen 10x less extreme punishments (if not no punishment at all) for much more severe cases of prop push that were actually malicious. I did not disconnect to avoid punishment as the prior punishment had explicitly been given to me like I said. This was my first offence and I’m clearly being over punished simply because I associated with rxsm.

Even though you did not give me a good enough reason to unban you, I will switch this ban out with a 2 week physgun blacklist. Anymore prop pushing will result in a hefty punishment.
