Ban Reason: RDM and Attempted RDM
Time of Occurrence: 11:50PM
Relevant Evidence: So, non stop for about 6 hours there is a gang with weed plants and stuff growing and every time I go near they yell leave or KOS in 5 seconds, and they count down super quick so you never have a chance to run away, so there was a group of 5 of them, Bjarke being part of the 5 and he says he was not part of it and had no weapons but he is with them and they killed one of the cadets so I returned fire killing Bjarke and then dying myself, Medic revived me, I then killed Bjarke again and told the medic not to revive him as I wanted him to have the NLR rule in effect and there was the rest of the gang approaching in there purple truck, red car with the spoiler and the white volvo. I've spent the past 3 days ticketing and getting RDM'd all the time but I don't report it because it doesn't bother me to much, but I don't think I was banned fairly and even if so, Bjarke was caught in the cross fire which I highly doubt because he was riding with them.

After looking over the logs, I discovered 3 instances of where the player Bjarke died, All in about roughly 1-2 minutes of each other, From the medic reviving him and you re-knocking him out. To which you explained you killed him the second time, after the medic revived him, However you are a police officer. I believe in this situation you need to try to apprehend these suspects not just flat out kill them. ICly, If a player dies, That previous life of theirs is gone, you should treat it like a actual life and value it criminal or not and try to apprehend them for there crimes.

Additionally, You also said you only killed him again once, He died 3 times. Can you give me the third reason for killing him again, Two different medics revived this man, and the medics had to have been close to the scene at that time along with you if you were able to knock out that individual multiple times...

Third, Their are a BUNCH of damage reports, from various players of you doing damage to them to your eventual death.
You also damaged the medic in that situation as well.

The player Bjarke explained that he was just simply passing by and trying to get money and try to spawn his car, to which you shot him for no reason, he was revived by a paramedic and then shot again, revived again and shot again. I also grabbed numerous witness accounts of this situation all putting you in the wrong.

If you could give me a detailed explanation for all of this, I think we could re-evaluate your ban. But as of now, It seems with all of this adding up together you are in the wrong and did not rp this correctly as you should have.

Your totally right, I was in the wrong I should have tried to cuff him instead and I did not, there was 4-5 other players in vehicles approaching from this 'gang'/'organization' that I just freaked out that he was back up because he/them/gang members had just killed the cadet that I thought he was going to pull out his weapon again and open fire because the rest of the gang showed back up and then killed me.

I went ahead and lowered your ban to two days. Please next time be more careful and respect the rules a bit more. When you are unbanned, make sure you take into consideration the rules and also have fun. I feel like 1 week was too harsh.
