Ban Reason: wouldnt give thompson
Unban Reason: I killed someone who shot at me beforehand and was in the process of drawing on me again so the kill and situation were valid, earlier I heard them robbing someone for a tv which you cant do so THAT situation was void not ours, the two situations were separate and my isn't voidable considering I never broke rules in my situation.

The reason why they lost their guns was because of an initiation that shouldn't have happened, a non-premium player took a premium tv without doing, "/me steals" this caused them to put the player under fearRP with the guns they had, the player refused to listen even when under fearRP and caused a few problems with other orgs, this resulted in a shootout which shouldn't have happened in the first place, which is why it was voided. You had the guns of the people who were originally mugged in a passive RP place, I told you could you drop the weapons which you refused, you then were banned for 1 Week for not listening to staff, though all this isn't relevant for this ban appeal, you still didn't listen to a staff member which is why you were banned.
