Appeal: I literally had to be at my college at 12:30 and didn't have time to get un-cuffed so i just had to leave. Plus I personally feel like 3 days is a bit excessive for my first offense and failrp. But I was cuffed for a while i think but i didnt know because I had to get ready to go to the college.
