Alright so, this started off with you (
Gamer) and your friend (
Michael) calling the staff for a guy (
Dmoz) that fearrped.
I came to the sit, i talked to you about it, you told me what happened ect. I then brought Dmoz and started to question him on the matter, while keeping you and your friend on the other side of the roof so you wouldn't bother me. Dmoz wasn't aware of the rule that he couldn't pull out his gun while being mugged, and so i let him off with a verbal warning. He also complained to me about you and your friend constantly going around mugging people, and i told him that i'd keep an eye on you.
I conclude the situation and put everyone back. A few minutes later, i see you (Gamer) trying to mug Dmoz again in the mines, Dmoz, once again pulls out a gun and kills you. You then use third-party communications to call your friend over, to kill Dmoz for you. I bring you up to a roof and then go back to the mines to see Dmoz getting killed by Michael. I then bring Dmoz and you to the same roof, and try to figure out why you would do what you did. First i put Dmoz away and asked you how you contacted Michael, since he knew the exact location of where you died. I'm not sure if you understood the question or not, but your friend told me you were using IMessage, and so i accused you of using third-party communications. You then disagreed and told me that i should check the logs, which i had already done prior to asking the question. There were no messages sent with IMessage, and so i figured you were both lying to me. I was aware that both parties would be upset as none of what i did in that first situation made any difference, therefore, when you requested another staff member, i agreed to it.
(Michael leaves because his dad told him to get off)

then teleports to me and he listens to what you have to say. I then tell him that i'd like to inform him where the current situation stands, and so we go on a different roof. We then discuss what should be done about the players involved, and agree that both Dmoz and Gamer should get a ban, although Dmoz would be getting a shorter ban due to less rules being broken.
We go back to the original roof and i tell both of you that you would be getting banned, and that you should feel free to make a ban appeal on the forum. I banned Dmoz for 1 day due to Ignoring my orders, and continuing with breaking the same rule after being warned, and then i banned you for 3 days due to Lying to me about using IMessage, Metagaming, And not waiting for the cooldown to mug.
If you hadn't lied to me, your ban wouldn't have been as long. I personally do not think you should be unbanned, as i think you'd be able to wait out 3 days. You have a hard time understanding rules, and so this would give you an opportunity to read them fully.

I don't know whether Pmx has any input on this, although it would be great to get a side of the story from a different perspective.
