Additional members involved/witnessing: It was a sit that's all I know, it happened so fast and I was put in the air where I couldn't even see the names...

I didn't mean for the car to fall on them I got on the server and I took out my money out of the bank to spawn the car, then proceeded to place it where it would allow me to. Then I also tabbed out to mess with my Spotify and I come back and see my car on top of a bunch of bodies and I say "Sorry I didn't mean to do that" and the Mod sits there and just puts me in the air says nothing and bans me. In my defense they were having a sit in the City Hall parking lot where people spawn their vehicles. I said "Sorry" to them multiple times because I just placed the car and tabbed out right after. I truly did not mean to spawn the car onto a sit...

I was in an admin sit talking to 2 people and you place your car spawn down on top of us, and you do not say a word. When the car falls on all 3 of us and kills us, I just hear you laughing. You clearly did it on purpose so I will be Denying this appeal.

I'm pretty sure the purpose Staff Members have a sit on top of roof ect. is to have privacy and to avoid any interruptions and the sit was in the middle of the City Hall parking lot... I honestly didn't mean to have the car fall on them.

You were having a sit in a fucking parking lot, I placed down the car then tabbed out and came back to a bunch of people dead.

Do not reply to a thread when a clear decision/conclusion from staff has been made, take this as a verbal warning. Also sometimes it is best to take a sit on the spot of where it happened, so that the players can explain things better and other things like that. Be courteous to staff members, when there is a large gathering of players it doesn't always mean there is something RP related going on. And I don't see how it is physically possible to accidentally place down a car, you can also cancel the car drop too. Finally being aggressive is the most likely way of getting you appeal denied.
