Some "friend" let me out of my cuffs so I took the time to pull out my Desert Eagle and hold him up, so I proceeded to use the Evidence locker and when I go up the elevator I see the dude get banned for 1 day, then I get banned for 1 week, like how does that make sense?

@Respect Women He did not let you out of cuffs, Just out of the cell. You then exploited the Evidence Locker to use your gun in cuffs and then proceeded to break out.

I did not use my gun while I was cuffed I have video evidence if you want, It was glitched I only used the gun once I was un-cuffed. @JustJosh

Ok,

what I see is that you tried to put the cadet under fearRP even when you were handcuffed, which is odd. The cadet shouldn't have to comply either as theres a door between you and easy to avoid your shots. Then you indeed try to do some things and when you got out of the cell you tried to force him to let you free. It's because of a bug that you're able to do this. It does look like you abused it to a certain extent.

Ok seems as if you were bugged instead of exploiting. However, The ban time you have gone through will be classed as the punishment for using the locker while handcuffed and your gun.
