So as you can see in the video evidence below I was in a police chase after being blown up I stop my car and proceed to pull out a gun on the two Sergeants holding tasers... they then proceeded to pull out lethal weapons (breaking FearRP) and after realizing I didn't have enough ammo or any ammo for that matter I jumped around to wait for a cop to actually get in range for me to actually surrender, due to me jumping I was told this was mingy and not allowed because I didn't RP. As you can see in the video the cops were set on killing me if I were to not jump and put my hands up then and there they would have shot and killed me especially with my health... I called the sit in the first place because I couldn't get my gun because the evidence locker is broken and I was tased by Aaron for no reason, the sit then was turned on me by the Admin. I didn't get my gun back and instead I got banned... for FailRP.. and I was told I was supposed to be banned for two months which I don't get because I have never broken a major rule, I have not duped, exploited, mass RDM'd. I actually would like to roleplay, it's impossible to when there are cops that level up and don't read the rules and just go patrol... minus the fact you get the people who say shit like and I quote "LOLA AND NICOLE BE T H I C C A F" and being called a "stupid faggot" in OOC or other immature terms... I am not saying in any way shape or form my behavior should be excused, it should not. How do you expect someone to roleplay in that toxic environment. Like I'm sorry but still.

Additional members involved/witnessing: A lot of cops, it happened fast didn't really get any names except @Aaron & @Clint was in the car I don't know if he saw what happened though.

It's so upsetting to be told that you have to RP when it's just a completely toxic environment and when you do RP it's just thrown away by people who don't know how to...

Not everyone @Aaron I have had people walk up to me while I was dead telling to "Slit my wrist" and "you look like a fucking degenerate" etc and you can't see names whilst being dead so there is nothing I could do...

Since I was one of the police officials who responded to the scene I am responding to your appeal, I didn't hear anything both in the recording and in the game initiating on the police officers saying "Hands up" or anything, I will say that your ban is a little extensive but seeing your previous record seems it seems rather fitting as by now you've been apart of the sever for awhile and have a known "trouble-making" past. Last thing I wish to say is the people who said the harsh things got punished harsh and swiftly.

People that get banned and say stupid things like that most likely will come back and just do it again... that's minus the fact of someone walking up to me saying stupid shit and walking away...

I understand it should be my responsibility to report the person but they just claim it's "In character" even though it's clearly not.

Let's make some things clear.

I'm not going to accept that the actions you committed in-game from your point of view are valid. You were simply spinning around trying to avoid gunfire which is completely FailRP. With no regard to your life in the first place by simply running out of your vehicle when it exploded at full speed while police were holding you at gunpoint, you decide to take out a rifle and attempt to fire back. This backfires, you do not have the ammo required to commit to this, so you resort to what I'd call borderline exploiting with using a glitch the source engine contains by literally spam jumping and spinning around like a lunatic.

Your ban is not limited to today. If it was somebody else, the ban would be much less but you've been caught in so many offenses that I simply can not count anymore. It's getting tiring for me and tiring for a lot of staff members and your actions ingame are simply your downfall.

I've tried to talk to you regarding this situation and made it clear to you that your actions need to change. I would strictly advise you read up our rule set and even rethink some of the common sense concepts that you fail to grasp in-game. I hope to see you in a week with a much positive outlook on Monolith.
