Relevant Evidence: I didn't know that logging out while handcuffed in the town hall was a rule my friend just told me to. Second off I thought because it allowed me to use !pm I was allowed to while being handcuffed. I only just found out about this website so I had no chance to read the rules. Also, every time i was to go up to the top of town hall I got immediately cuffed and put in a cell because I had a gun. They could easily restrain me then give me the license because there is legit no threat. Again i'm sorry and have read the rules now and will not break them anymore. Also prior to this I got vdmed by the mayor.

Okay so, I first brought you into the situation about you metagaming, (PMing your friend to come get you while you had no cuffs.) Not only did you use an OOC chat, you also completetely ignored the fact that all ways of communicating were taken away. Adding this this you were even restrained.

By playing on this server, it is your responsibility to know the rules, i'm sure you already knew that every server has a rules list, although i'm assuming that you just didn't bother finding the forum. ''I only just found out about this website so I had no chance to read the rules.''
Even if you were not aware of the rule, there were several times where you could've easily used common sense and avoided the situation all together.

Now, during the sit, you actually confirmed that you left to avoid roleplay. This gives me a reason to ban you for this long, and it is usually the time I ban players for when they LTARP. In my opinion this ban isn't that long, and i could've banned you for longer, keep in mind that when leaving in the middle of a situation, not only do you completely ruin the aspect of RP for yourself, but everyone else that was involved.

Evidence to support my claims

Unless you have a better argument on why exactly you should be unbanned, I will not accept this.
(I will also automatically decline this ban appeal if there is no response within 1 day.)

Yeah but you should take more time into making sure people know the rules prior to playing your server. My friend was messaging me so I messaged him back not knowing that it wasn't allowed. I thought cutting the comm would make me not allowed anyways but it didn't. I didn't know what to do about the license because I couldn't have a gun up there even if I was restrained. So I didn't know where to put my gun so that I could get a license. Yes I did leave to avoid role-play but I figured since my friend who has been here way longer than me told me to do so it would be fine. I'm sorry for wasting your time because I know there is a ton of RDAers and VDMers you have to deal with. I understand what I have done wrong and took time to read the rules carefully if I am unbanned or when my ban expires so that future incidents don't occur. Also it would be nice if you had rules around the map or at spawn for newcomers, (Especially the police) but I guess thats your choice.

You haven't given me a valid reason to unban you. If you want a gun license, you can request one using your mono-tablet.
However, since you made this ban appeal, I will unban you. Although keep in mind that if i see you breaking the rules again, i will instantly give out a punishment, since you've already told me that you have read all of the rules.
