Ban Reason: Finished off a fellow bank robber to avoid them being revived

Relevant Evidence:I was just driving around the city then out of nowhere i get banned without an admin sit or JustJosh speaking to me before that and the thing with finish a fellow bank robber there was a situation that there was a swat member and the bank robber in front of me i was finishing off the swat member so he can't be combat revived and by an accident i shot the bank robber in the head and finished him off. I am sorry for doing that i never got in trouble for finishing anyone off and i'm kinda confused because i was never pulled into a sit about this if i did do something wrong. I'm sorry about that and i won't do it again.

Now, You were banned quite a while after the situation so I didn't interfere with the roleplay. The ban length is in my opinion suitable for you due to the time you have played on our community and should be acquainted with the rules by now.
I watch the situation at the bank and watched you finish off your friend. Yes there was a swat officer next to him but this sounds like an inadequate excuse because they were not right next to each other and had some distance apart.
I am not convinced by this story.
Can you or any witnesses provide any evidence to support your case?

I was there and was robbing the bank with him at the time and i think that the ban should not be 4 days as he does have quite a clean record i hardly see him get banned unlike most people,i did indeed see that he shot bodys dead and most of the bodys were police on the floor and i think he accidently shot one of our guys dead while attempting to shoot other officers on the floor dead. There were indeed swat and other officers near the people i did the bank robbery with. I don't think 4 days is acceptable for accidently shooting another member of his org dead on accident.

I'm a witness, I've done many robberies with Natan and I've never seen him execute a member attending the bank robbery. Natan ran out of the bank screaming "SAM WONNG" and he killed the wall of police outside, I stepped outside and got sniped. 2 minutes after, Natan executed the SWAT and a member, Adrian. But not me, why not me? Because he had no intent to do it.

I understand I shot him and deceased him by accident but a 4 day ban for a first offense? shouldn't I be given warning points?

This story is inaccurate and is not what happened.

I have spoke to many staff members and you definitely do have a record with bans and warnings.

The ban length is suitable for you and the rule broken. The story provided is inadequate for your ban to be removed.
