Relevant Evidence: Yes i did brake RP but that was to tell him so he knew what he did wrong. I dont have the rest of the video seems how i removed it from my PC cause my main drive broke and new one in the mail. But besides that there were no admins on to handle it or i would have not taken it to the forum i would of made a report in game about what had happens. I don't see how i was meta gaming seems how i was told to use the discord for the server to talk to my buddy and that was fine as long as i didn't talk to him if i was being taken hostage etc. So i got him on the discord the admins who told me are gone now it was a bit ago like 4 or 5 days ago and i also asked one today as well even he said i could just not if im going to jail etc. http://plays.tv/video/5a0ab1ce106d8efd92/gmod

Regarding the FailRP rulebreak, I can see why you said it now, but I highly suggest that in the future, you do /// To go to Local Out Of Character (LOOC) and type it there what he is doing wrong. Since there were no admins on at the time I will remove the FailRP rulebreak from your ban.
Regarding the Metagaming part: As I can hear in yoru video you told your friend what his name was, which you, in this RP situation should not know, seing as you have not meet him before(You said who are you, twice). Your friend asks over discord what his name is and you tell him, which is using OOC methods to convey In Character information, which is metagaming.

I will reduce your ban length to 1 day, because of the reasons mentioned above.
