You will notice I only tapped him and I was only trying to get myself out of the spikes by going left and right, if I wanted to hit him I would've due to the many opportunities I had to do so, if I wanted to vdm I would've? I only understand the fear rp which isn't too major because it doesn't affect RP that much

indeed i was a witness at the scene i was the guy in cuffs. There was no attempted vdm the guy driving the nissan silvia was me and we didnt hit him and if we did it was by accident

and the police officer had no reason to shoot or arrest sam i accidentely got in the car and got out and then he shot. so then the rest happened. Sam broke fear rp as the police officer was not following what police should do and he felt it was wrong so he stayed
