Ban Reason:FearRP/staff disrespect/ racism

Time of Occurrence:3:45PM EST

Relevant Evidence:"there is a video of me breaking fearrp" to be quite honest with you in the situation i had never heard at the time oban saying put your hands in the video he says it but i was nowhere near him during the time he stats it i'm not here to bring back the situation i'm here to just say i believe tim over extended our bans for no reason due to the fact that they are friends i believe tim took a side and leaned toward oban just because they are friends..... i legit have so much videos of offenders and for some reason NOT ONE of them have EVER been banned for 3 days for fearrp the only thing that happens is that they return the items or they get a warning point which i believe should have been given to me instead of a ban when i'm the community police technically speaking when it comes to catching people who break the rules and not only that i was the one who was pushing for oban to upload the video because in my defense i truthfully believed i was in the right and clear and the one time i don't record i get fucked

If it's directed towards a staff member, then it is most likely because of something that happened in the community, thus it can be punished. The platform doesn't matter. If you insult staff or slander them you can be punished for it, whether it's on the server or on MySpace.

Also, I don't think you're using sarcasm correctly.
