Relevant Evidence: I did not even do anything.Please solve this problem ASAP , i am worried. My PC kept crashing whenever i start Garry's Mod/Server so i keep rejoining a lot of times. When my PC is stable , my friends told me that i was perma banned. I am extremely worried and clueless , please help me .

It's in the screenshot link. I believe that it's because my game crashed a lot of times and i had to kept rejoining a lot times & in-between corrupt or something.
