Relevant Evidence:So,i seen shawntae taking screenshots of us with guns out so my friends run over to him, by the time
they jumped of the balcony he was already getting into his car so i shot him i didn't know that my gun would kill him,he was trying to get away and if he would have gotten in to his car. then he would have went to the police and showed the screenshots to the cops, i could't go after him because i don't own car and by the time my friends would have got to there cars he would have been already at supermarket

The guy you killed was not trying to get in his car and he had no weapons. Also you assuming he is going to the police is not a valid reason to kill him thats plain RDM so appeal denied.

You weren't even there how would you know, From a realistic stand point it would make sense to kill someone if you are a criminal if they have evidence to get you arrested. Common sense

Unless you have someone under fearRP or they have a visible weapon you cannot just shoot them that is just RDM. In this case, you killed a guy for having a camera.
