I am starting off by saying one is not allowed to ban off of suspicion of meta-gaming, I was deafened and muted the entire time midst the raid, there was only 1 raid within that hour, the 2nd time we raided in a different hour, there was no 3rd raid. If you are referring to a possible 3rd raid I owned club catalyst.

If it did not affect my ban time it should not be listen in the ban reason, second of all we mugged Kyle Peters whilst he was farming at the tavern. I have seen many people there mugged including my self and have not gotten shit for it. Alternatively I speaked with ItsTinyRick and he claimed it was rdm, when infact we were there for over 3 minutes. We told him to follow me and he did not comply, if he knew he was going to be afk he should have logged off or went to spawn. We did not lock pick the tavern, I would like to also state that I purchased Club Catalyst when I went to the relator, hence why I needed to go over to the RTA building to retrieve money from my ATM. @Gurrazor

So everytime someone needs to go to the toilet they need to go to spawn? How about next time you just leave him be instead of killing him. He didn't comply because he couldn't of course. You guys should be less trigger happy and just focus on role-play.

As rule 4.2.3 states: You are not allowed to mug or kidnap in (crowded) public places or near any NPCs, criminal or regular.

Call it a mugging or a raid, either way you broke the rules.
