Ban Reason: AFK in RP
Time of Occurrence: around 11 am
Relevant Evidence: So I bought a house to make lsd for a while, I go to the bathroom in the middle of a batch of lsd, and then got some food after. I come back to being banned for 3 days for "afk in RP". Im so confused.

You were afk, in your apartment you were being raided and you were gone for 20 mins and thats when you were punished, if you're going to do Illegal things why would you think its ok to go afk for 20+ mins with the possibility of being raided and ruin others RP because you're AFK... that isnt smart at all.

Please explain to me why you would think thats acceptable and why I should remove or shorten your ban.

You could have kicked me, I know its not allowed to be on a job and be AFK, but I have never seen the rule as a citizen. Can you please send the link of that rule. Also everytime i have to go do something I have to leave? @Nick

If you're doing things that involve roleplay why would you go afk? growing stuff then going afk isnt smart... you had LSD in your appartment and people were raiding you. waited some time for you to come back which you never did. I restate from before why do you think this was ok to do?

First of all, Don't delete/edit messages thinking you can change your story.

Second rule 2.16 states not to go AFK during RP
And finally rule 1.1, use common sense. A server is being ran here we are not just going to let you sit AFK, it is a roleplay server for a reason. Otherwise we'd call it AfkRP

The only two rules i can see close to this is in the General Roleplay rules are #16 and #17.
(16) "Do not suicide or "AFK" in a roleplay situation". I was AFK Before the roleplay situation occurred.
(17) "You can not go AFK whilst on-duty/in-service without permission from a staff member on a job without a valid reason". I wasnt on a job.

You keep making excuses, if you keep doing this and seem unapologetic why would I consider accepting this appeal?

@Nick I know it may be dumb to go afk while making LSD, but it is not worth a 3 Day Ban.

@Nick They arent excuses, im telling you why . I have only been banned twice including this, It wont happen again I learn from my mistakes but I really didn't know this was in the rules. I understand why it can ruin an RP experiance. But
