Firstly I arrived at a location were a man was public farming, the guy told me to "Go away now" and started shooting at me. I called over an officer who driving past (police chief). I told him about the situation, the chief said it was fine as he had a gun licence and said there was nothing wrong with public farming, I mentioned that in the law it forbids farming here. The guy whom owned the public farm said I had a AR-12 or something so the chief instantly pulls out his real gun and says to stop now. The officer then starts to fire so I hop in my car (which already had all popped tires thanks to trolls with spike strips) to not get shot, when the car blows up I jump out surrendering he search me and says everything fine. We head back to the farm guy and I asked the officer to at least ticket him for a false report, he denies. I was angry at this point at the officers lack of common sense so I ATTEMPT to steal a seed but cancel (Logs showed other wise but in sit with admin both the cop and I agreed I cancelled). After this the cop searched me for the seeds he thought I stole.... he didn't find anything but spotted I had weed seeds and said he was going to arrest me for around 30-40mins!!!!!! I said no. Once at the station I got an admin who said that my attempt was stealing. Even though the definition is "Take (another person's property) without permission or legal right and without intending to return it." I just gave up as both the Admin and chief were against me so I just said ban me. 7 DAYS THOUGH WTF?

PS: The officer code red me over a false accusation, I got nearly rdmed by a the farming guy, I tried to discuss my problem with an admin and get banned for 7 days. Was looking to get donate but fuck that now I probably just get banned again.

Ill edit this post once my videos of what really happened are all uploaded. I was the police chief he is talking about and you lied multiple times in this post about what happened. I will admit I could have handled this situation better. I can understand why you are upset about the code red but hearing from some one saying that you had a scar on you and that you had tried to rob him and you profusely refused to put your hands up and then ran into the car that's when I decided it was code red worthy.

This video shows when I first arrived on scene after the man called me over. Never once did I mention anything about public farming in this situation which you lied about in your statement above. I was going to deal with the farming after I dealt with the main threat, the weapons, I assumed that he owned an apartment so it wasn't top priority at the moment. Also in this video I asked him multiple times to put his hands up before I even shot my weapon. He decided to run away and get into his car and started to drive off. I then called a code red on him. You can see that he lied about that too in his statement above. I did not begin to shoot until he started to drive away, your statement contradicts the video. You also mention that you "put your hands up and surrendered" after your car was blown up. That's another lie. Rather than doing that you ran off and initiated a foot pursuit. You said that you asked for me to ticket him and I denied it, according to your statement. You never said anything about a ticket in the video. As you can see in the video I pointed my taser at him as he was staring down at the crops and I was waiting for the crop to disappear ( meaning he stole it ) and I tasered him as soon as the crop disappeared. I was arresting him first only for the stealing of the seeds not the marijuana.

I mainly cut out the driving to the PD where he attempted to run away from me whilst handcuffed also why I was coming through the front of the PD to bring him inside because he ran away. As well as the waiting for the staff to come. As you can see in the videos he lied many times in his statement to make the situation seem more dire than it truly was.​

Big cut between video 1 and 2. Also In 1st i first call you over after a guy shot at me meaning he still has a firearm u make no attempt to arrest gun holstered. Me "he tried running me over with his car" (which i didnt do as how can i run somebody over when cars half broke) u pull gun out of saftey and point at me. Thats a lie post the full clip. U will find u were too busy arguing with another officer about a nissan 370z was not a nissan GTR. The fact that u ignored me after reporting gun shots as u would rather run a plate is dumb. My actions and words in the later clips are out of anger. The way I ended up in that cell was out of failrp, lies and unfair punishment. How am I supposed to follow the rules when the others are breaking them freely.

Ps: ur constantly keeping up lies. If u watch the later clips u said I potentially had a Ar-15 but as displayed in 1st clip it was actually for trying to run somebody over!

As for complying I stood by the car hiding in case a shootout began and to give u room to deal with the situation. I still dont know how a man that actively shot and u know has a gun is safer than a guy who was unarmed.

as for that I was mistaken I heard tried to rob me with his scar when in fact the more I replay that part the more it sounds like tried to run me with his car, not scar, which is why I took such an aggressive approach to the situation

Yes at <=0.00 of that video was around when he shot several times. I run to my car and pull up along side him and say "stop theres a cop" I guess he spotted u too. I then slowly drive over to u as he didnt shoot at me when in car. I only hop out when im close enough to ur car to report the crime. As u can see at start my car was neatly parked up as I told him he could not farm there, not trying to vdm or something i was accussed of!

Edit: Also no theft of crops as accussed look at plots!

Edit2: I can now see on video I jumped out to tell him but hid behind car crouching for saftey. I then quickly jump back in.

I'll leave it to upper management or Shawntee to deal with. I still think the ban should stay as it was for FailRP since you refused to drop the marijuana seeds in the holding cell. Personally I think a week for that is a bit much but it wasn't my choice.

I wasnt as simple as giving up the weed seeds its that u didnt know what to arrest me and used weed seeds as a excuse for false arrest. Look at last clip u posted I asked u 20x to tell me what I was charged with which a officer MUST declare!! but u had no clue, if im getting a ban I think you should get one also.

Which btw you were being arrested before I knew what seeds they were. you were in my car and I was about to take you to jail for theft when the guy asked for his seeds. Thats when I kicked you out the car and searched you and THEN found the weed seeds. Those were just added to the sentence. Come on bud. I havent lied maybe a few mixups that I explained and owned up to. Im waiting for admin response not a power hungry cop. I personally think u should also be banned for lying in a sit... unfortuantely we cant all have what we wish

I like how you say you haven't lied. Have you read your original statement and compared it to the video or at least read what I quoted above? You lied about me saying public farming was allowed. You lied about me shooting you first and then you entering your vehicle to escape damage. You lied about surrendering and putting your hands up after you exited the vehicle... You lied about me claiming that I said I was going to put you in jail for 30-40 minutes when the max is 30 minutes. I'd like to know where I "lied in a sit" as you claim that I should be banned for it.
