Relevant Evidence: i was driving and i wanted to see why someone died so i stopped near it then cop told me to leave but before that i was having lots of lag (usually happens when im in a car ) i know i shouldn't drive it but i just bought it so then i go forwards and it doesn't move then i hold back and try to go to the side but it just froze and did nothing and then i crashed
