Relevant Evidence:Was trying to outrun the police along ravine when my Pc froze with my gmod suddenly crashing...if i wanted to get rid of the police i would've outran them they suck at driving.

Nope, as i said ravine is where i crashed i went past country lodges. There my gang owned the local lodges and seen me fly up the hill with the cops behind me. My fellow friend got the information after i crashed with teamspeak....

So, metagaming? I understand this is Franklin’s appeal but, we have a strict rule stating that the only form of 3rd party communication allowed is the Official Monolith Discord. Even then, in character information may NOT be exchanged.

Yes, but no character information was communicated. I'm stating my bud got the info that i crashed through team speak after it already happened.

Does anyone have the video evidence of when this happened?

I suggest you read over the rules as no 3rd party communication is allowed, but the monolith discord, but for as far as the appeal goes.

The reason you were banned is for the simple reason you left to avoid an RP situation. I was actually the officer chasing you.
When I was chasing you you wanted to drive off the cliff (which is also punishable for future reference), but your car hit the pole and exploded. I stood next to you pointing my gun at you telling you to get out of the car when you suddenly disconnected. Right after I checked to logs to see that you left the server ( it said you disconnected by user so I strongly doubt it was a crash as it would've otherwise said connection timed out or something along those lines ). After this happened I waited several minutes for you to have the oppertunity to come back, yet you didn't, nor did you try to reach out to any of the staff members to communicate what has happened. Therefor I banned you.

Actually i got banned quite immediately, as soon as i crashed not a minute after that I heard i was banned. Then made this appeal literally right after my ban happened. I'm not sure if you can check the times of which someone receives a ban but if you look at when this ban appeal was created it was right after it happened...Also @Franklin Goliath I would love to see the video if you have one as if i disconnected i would of disappeared in my car much quicker then just a normal crash. As you said i went straight into a pole having no controls not trying to dodge or not trying to turn to avoid this object. As my friend said I'm not to bad with this servers driving but this shows i had no control over my car cause my game was frozen making that fucked up gmod noise and suddenly crashing.

If you were using it while on monolith then its considered meta game. If you were not and joined ts after your game crashed to tell your friend its not.

I just wanna see the evidence that banned me so i could explain what happened.

I cleaned up some posts. Keep in mind if you are not involved, do not reply to this ban appeal. Wait for @Franklin Goliath's response. The user that decided it was okay to act like a child and call everyone retards was banned.

Regardless if you were in a teamspeak while on Monolith, even if not sharing IC information, it is still not allowed. Use the Monolith discord for OOC communication while playing on Monolith.
