Relevant Evidence: I can't say anything about why I was banned but it happened when I was asleep, two things that could have happened had he accidentally banned me instead of someone else or younger brother got on my computer

thanks for pointing this out to me, this man had crashed into my car multiple times and told him the next time he did hed die, he did and I shot him I would have rather had him open up a ticket right away so we could have had a conversation, I will wait out the ban but I expect my warning points from this ban to be taken away because he should have added me to the conversation, and i had given him warnings. we could have at least talked about what happened and he could understand what he did @QuickSilver1937

@QuickSilver1937 I roleplay as a naturally very aggressive player who gets offended easily I told you what I would do and you got killed you could have opened a ticket but now we have to talk on forums. You naturally instigated me, because I value my car dearly as part of roleplay I couldn't stand you doing that so I killed you because you instigated. @Skye

As rule 2.2.4 states: Attacking to kill should be carried out sensibly and not as a first resort, unless you have a good reason for immediate lethal action.

I dont think a unarmed man scratching your car is a reason to kill him, not by a long shot.
There was almost no roleplay here except you two screaming trash from your cars, and not long after that Quicksilver gets a bullet. You could've easily put him under fearRP.
