Unban Reason: you have the other tow truck diver man check your people before banning them there was one who hit cars off and dc in sit and there was me the other tow truck diver and all I did was get in a police chase and died. and I would like to see the evidence that shows me doing all the stuff you say I did

On 11/30/21, at approximately 1139 hours (PST), I received multiple reports of vehicles being pushed into the water. I also observed some of the vehicles being pushed into the water.



I then followed the tow driver as he was being pursued by the PD for reckless driving. He fled into the water and attempted suicide. I set his health to 100 multiple times in hopes that this would be resolved in character if he did not die. After a few minutes of fleeing I allowed him to kill himself.



At this point, I brought him to the dock to be arrested. Once he was brought,

In my experience, a “Time Out” generally means you disconnected your ethernet cable. Considering the fact that you had no issues prior with lag while fleeing and eluding there is no way you “lagged out and crashed”.



When you rejoined the server I asked you what had occurred and you told me I had the wrong person. At this point I tried to talk to you; however, you continued to deny it. Therefore, I went with the punishment I started prior to you leaving. Originally: 2 week ban, and 1 month Tow blacklist based on the fact you just came off of a week blacklist, and 1 week vehicle blacklist. Since you rejoined and we could talk I decreased the ban to 1 week and increased both blacklists one week.



It is my hope that during this time you will read the rules and be a proactive player in the community.
