Ban for no reason (NEW)

Ban Length: 3 days (NO EVIDENCE) (2 polices involved can't remember their names
Banning Staff Member (@AdminName to mention the staff member): A Senior Admin (Gregg)

Ban Reason: i got banend for no real reason he said lying to staff i didn't lie the admin said i checked console the guy didn't hit you and i didn't agree so me and other polices were about to find. the police Chief so he can demote a police cadet cause he punched us with the baton and knocked me like 3 hours before i killed him. so i killed him because he ran to me and tried to kill me with his baton! so i did self defense. and then i got banned
I didn't do it i SWEAR! i SWEAR! for my life pls unban pls. i got nothing to play. all my friends are in the server so i can't do nothing i swear i didn't do anything wrong. PLS UNBAN! love ya all Admins and mods!

So, I'm just gonna post here instead of the last thread since this is new and updated, @Dnaial2630

Gonna start with the basics,

We have logs, I can see damage dealt to players or when they get knocked out. When I reviewed your logs for the report on you for RDM, all I saw was a flood of you dealing damage to the other player, who was a cop just like you. Already we have a problem, you violated FailRP. Cops should not harm other cops, ever. If this happens, you will need to make a report and let staff handle it.

Second, you killed the cop. I separate this because not only were you knocking him around with your baton, you shot him down in the holding cell as well. Again, this was taken from logs. You had no reason to kill this cop, and I had no evidence of this cop harming you outside of him having to defend himself from you as he was being attacked and killed by another cop. I don't know why you felt you needed to kill him, but again you should not have(Cops do not kill other cops).

Finally, during the sit, you kept radioing in saying "I'm being banned" "This admin is gonna ban me" etc etc breaking character even though you were in a sit. I don't know why you felt the need to do this, but it also swayed my decision on the matter. Not only that, but you lied during the sit as well, saying he was the main perpetrator when in fact you were the one primarily instigating this player and hindering their roleplay.

Could you give me a reason on why I should shorten your ban, or unban you with this information I have mentioned?

sorry next time i will call the chief or an admin i will not do it aigan!!! i SWEAR! please gimme a chance. and please lower it to 12hours or unban so i cna play with my friends! and then i can play a few hours tomorrow! prechate it Gregg!

Alrighty, @Dnaial2630

What I'll do for you is lower your ban to a day. This is fair considering the issues you were punished for.
I trust you will learn from this, and that I will not regret this decision.
