Request reason: Bryson in particular has CONSTANTLY baited and mass RDM cops. He and his organization run rampant around the server finding reasons to RDM cops. Tonight in particular was extremely bad, because all the staff members were off. I believe earlier in the night they had to separate his organization because they broke multiple ban-able rules.

A few times to mention: Cops intervening on an erratic driver near supermarket, Bryce and his gang shot them, then camped out on the hill killing every cop they could find for the next half an hour. You could repeatedly hear them yelling "LOOK A COP! KILL HIM TOO!"

Later on, I pulled over a purple volvo with two cadets. The volvo was not involved with them. Bryce then came up behind us and began shooting in the air. When he attracted the attention of the cops, he immediately began shooting all of us and killed everyone.

Afterwards, when discussing this with them, another member of his organization decided to blatantly RDM me when we were clearly out of RP. THESE PEOPLE CANNOT BE ALLOWED ON THE SERVER. They made 20 people leave within the span of half an hour.

When did the situation occur?: Between 12AM and 1AM EST dated 7/18/2017
Your evidence to support your claim: Feel free to find many of the dedicated players who were on at the time who will gladly tell you my story is correct. They have been running around mass RDMing every cop they can find for hours, finding invalid "rp reasons" for the kills.
Additional members involved/witnessing: See above. Had a lot of trouble collecting names of witnesses as many people simply left the server.

All of your accusations of my organization and myself breaking any rules are all false.

To begin, @Gavin and I were riding around looking to see who stole his vehicle. We were driving in a friends vehicle and we were being pulled over and I pulled my vehicle over. The cop called for backup, I am guessing my friend evaded police or something. We hear that and we pull off as we both have many illegal items and weapons in our inventory. We then begin to be chased and for some reason the cops decided to make us code red and began to shoot at us.

Our car was blown up so we take cover at the hill, we are still being shot so of course we fire back. Cops kept coming, they kept shooting and so did we. We could not go to our base, as we have around 20 people there growing weed and farming. We would not risk them being raided so @Gavin and I handled all the cops ourselves with the help later down the road from @Detective Rocker and a few others.

We finally make it free, and cops then begin to get revived. They still are on the search for us, we headed to the PD to try and resolve things, and of course we begin to get shot at. Another shoot out begins.

We did not want to have to run around the city fighting the whole PD. This would only cause mayhem and risk of loosing our items.

The cops including were being combat revived, were metagaming and breaking NLR.

We had no choice to kill cops, would you have preferred us to give up and get arrested?

We then see you were the first one to claim that we broke any rules in OOC, and then run around the city breaking character saying "Bryson and his friends are mass RDM'ing". That lead about 4 other cops to following what you said and also claim mass RDM.

We go around the city searching for you to explain our actions so you would stop spreading hate and toxic things about myself and my org as we have a reputation and we are respected within Monolith.

We get there, I allow @Gavin to try and explain as I knew he would just ignore me. Gavin attempts to explain the rules you broke and how we broke no rules, you completely ignore him. I decided I jump in and help explain, your exact words were "Why should I listen to a fucking rule breaker like you?".

Aaron, you are very hot tempered and you lack the skill of communication. We tried to help you understand but you blew it off. I understand you may be new, as you joined the forums 2 days ago, but that is not an excuse for you to blow off reading the rules and blow off being civilized in OOC.

Also, my gmod crashed and I joined, when this happened, I haven't even had gmod up longer for 35 minutes, so me "rdming" for hours is also false.


You also have no evidence against me besides words you say, I have no evidence either as I need none, I broke no rules.

When you asked if anyone was RDM'd by me, no one responded but my org...

Of course your org came forward to defend you. Most of the people you and your buddies had been RDMing had already quit at that point. You said it yourself, four others came forward and agreed, but you say they were just copying me. Chances are, they're just more people you RDMed. Do you have any response to what you did in the supermarket most recently? When I pulled over the purple volvo, they claimed you shot in the air 3 times to cop bait. Why don't you have any response to that? Then when your buddy shot me down when we were discussing what happened afterwards, also no response to that.

My guess is you are identifying the only cases where you're able to defend yourself and ignoring the rest thinking that will be sufficient. You are looking for reasons to turn the server into 100% PvP. This is why you were consistently put into these situations with cops.

No that is not true, the same chief, swat, and sergeants were still all on. Along with multiple cadets and officers. We still had 80+ players throughout my entire session on server 1.

I do not hold any responsibilities on any actions besides mine. Also we were not holding a conversation, you were completely ignoring and disrespecting me and my org, speaking over us, calling us names, etc. I am sure that is why he killed you.

Listen Aaron, you have made so many accusations and I and witnesses have all given you the same story. You have zero evidence and nothing will happen unless you get evidence of me actually breaking a rule. I will no longer be responding to your comments, you can make more claims if you would like but it will lead to no where but a toxic and cluttered thread.

I had to go so I gave a general annoucement about making sure you have a valid RP reason to kill anyone, and it cant be because of their job. I couldnt do much more as there wasnt much evidence and I had to leave soon. Can confirm Bryson was not present for the beginning of the police raid on 3 Richard Drive. All I have to say.

It's almost impossible to get the names of people who shoot and kill at you before you die... I have no idea how to collect this information or relay it to you, and it gets way worse then every staff member leaves and the server becomes absolute chaos.

To be fair, it's true, there's no way I can prove it was him who killed us after baiting us, because I have no log, was not recording, and had no staff member to find it in the logs. There should be an opportunity to grab this information if you believe you were RDMed in my opinion. Either way, his own members stated it was him, and he is simply denying he did anything.

I'd have to agree with Hazza. I'm apart of The Foundation and calling for a mass ban and your only evidence being walls of text and no video or screenshot shown yet is a little extreme.

Firstly, you're violating ban appeal rules by even posting here, as are the rest of you other than Bryson. The only person this ban request is for is him.

To be completely honest, I think his org members assumed I was calling Bryson out and said it was him. I have a feeling it was a person named Sam Ferrari (Not 100% sure that's his name), as I've seen his character since making this post, and it DEFINITELY looks like it was him instead of Bryson. That being said, I did not open up this post to report for anything other than the copbait and subsequent RDM, and included the other information to back up that one case of RDM.

I'm comfortable with this being closed, unless one of the managing members of staff would like to look deeper into Mr Ferrari's history yesterday, as well as mine and see if he was involved.
