So my car exploded at the junkyard then i start stabbing it while it was already exploded,then this guy comes arresting me for knifing a vehicle,illegaly taking my items then arresting me for it. I would also like my mr96 with a long barrel and machete back if possible

If an officer would see you attacking a car with a knife in real-life, your own car or not, he will take you in for questioning. When you then have possession of illegal items, of course you get arrested.

The mr96 and your machete get taken too because you can't have them in jail, and the fact that you had illegal items on you probably makes you unfit for heaving a weapons license.

If you don't want to lose your illegals to cops, don't draw attention.
