Hello,
It is clear you did not break fear RP as you started to hit him the second he released you and he unequipped his weapon. Therefore the sergeant that was in the scene had no reason to stop the roleplay situation. Furthermore, players are not allowed to stop any roleplay situations as they are required to call a staff member to take care of that.
