The video shows that @A.L.L.A failed RP and was minging on the server at the time. As he continued to harrass you and fail RP as a police officer, he will be banned for 4 days due to fail RP and minging.

Furthermore, those two SWAT officers were also failing RP by patroling on a police car. They are not meant to do that as their purpose is to respond to crisis situations. They will be added to the watch list.
