In video not only do you see him commit failrp, he d/cs we pulled him over for a traffic stop, so regardless even with my taser and edwards pistol out he broke fear rp at the very least.

I didn't disconnect anytime near after when you pulled me over. 1:59 in the evidence video clearly doesn't show me logging off. It just shows my apparent disappearance. If you look closely you can see that I ran to the wooden fence gate and see it open and close. I ran in there where I sat and farmed waiting out the police.

Also, where did I failrp, failrp in my own mind is a blanket term that covers what can and cannot be done in an roleplay scenario. So I'm hoping it isn't going to be you arguing against me or vice versa about something pointless.

After investigating the report and the video for a while, I have concluded that @8bitMafia did not disconnect/LTARP nor did he break FearRP or FailRP.

Therefor no charges nor punishments will be thrown upon the accused.
