So it started off like this. I was in my car, parked on the side with my blinker on, indicating that I was pulled over and parked when a cadet came up and gave me a ticket for illegal parking. I made about 2 or 3 ticket appeals with literally 3-5 sentences in all the appeals I made describing the situation yet my ticket was getting denied within 2 seconds of making the appeal which means they're not even reading it they're just doing !appeal and immediately clicking deny. So, I continued the RP obviously, I went down to the PD but the Chief at the time was busy and then was taking a couple of sits so as I was waiting for him, he ended up stepping down from Chief after the sits and then the next Chief attended to something for about 19 minutes or so of which I was waiting in the PD office still. Multiple sergeants came by, all young children or they just ignored me asking them where the Chief was and how I needed to appeal my ticket and wanted to talk to him about it. Finally, the Chief shows up, so I'm in-character frustrated and I say hey what the fuck? I been waiting here for almost an hour now, none of your sergeants listen and I'm trying to appeal a ticket, which they deny immediately without reading my appeal, your sergeants are pretty fucking lousy.
So the Chief decides to be very emotional and incapable of dealing with the situation properly by telling me to calm down or trying to get me to calm down, he instantly reverts to disregarding my situation and says he isn't going to deal with it no matter what which he also broke RP in the same sentence asking me to get staff if I wanted it appealed, then after said for me to go talk to one of his sergeants even though none of them listen anyway. Given this response (this is all still in RP by the way) I decide to get and get a gun to come back to the PD and take it upon myself. I had the Chief at gunpoint and the PD door was left open so when I told him hands up at least 3-4 times, he tried running away which right there is fail RP and thanks to the door being left open as he was going to close it, I was able to follow him, just right around the corner I chased him to which he stopped and put his hands up and since he fear RPd, I took him into his office, executed him immediately and went looking for the sergeants that ignored me. I ended up killing another Officer when I was going back to the desk and there was 2 other sergeants there which one of them had no firearm out while I had my gun looking at him and he pulls a pistol out and kills me. This same sergeant that did this, I have a report and youtube video of him doing the same thing so it's not his first time. Anyway, he killed me, all of this way still pertaining to role-play and from what I did to the Chief, he files a report which I had no problems with because I didn't do anything the server rules state I can not do.
The Staff member tries to say that I broke the rule of killing him for being given a ticket, yet the Chief was not the one that gave me the ticket, it happened waaaaay before. So, given the Chief's in-character response and the server rule only pertaining to the fact that you can not kill the person giving you a ticket, solely because you're getting a ticket, what I did can't possibly be RDM. The whole situation was in-character. The Chief also lied in sit which unfortunately since my Shadow Play wasn't functioning so I could not save video footage of the incident, he said I never told him to put his hands up until he was around the corner which is complete bullshit and for anyone that's dealt with my reports, I've never made anything up and I've always been completely honest. If I did something wrong, I rightly admit to it and I'm fine with whatever the outcome is, in both IC and OOC. What pisses me off, is what Staff members start using opinions to justify a situation in a sit instead of the server rules themselves. I asked him for which server rule I broke and all he said was "You can't do what you did that's RDM". The whole point of a moderator is to moderate the server. How can you moderate on a server taking reports if you don't even know the server rules? It's fine if a Staff member goes like "Oh give me a moment let me double check just to be sure" No, this guy just said what I did was RDM, denied telling me what server rule I broke and I've already dealt with staff members like this multiple times.
Two nights ago if not for Aaron I would've been banned for RDM or got warning points, because someone walked up to me with a gun after shooting at someone's vehicle for no reason so I deemed him a threat as he proceeded towards me with his gun out and then two people next to me, both of them being staff, say "Oh I kind of want their guns, should we intervene?" They both had AK rifles on their back and get out of their vehicle and try saying its RDM when I killed them, as if I'm going to stand there and wait to find out if they're going to let me live and keep my gun or mug me or whatever, and I had to get Aaron because they were using their opinion to justify it was RDM instead of the server rules. This is the kind of shit I was dealing with back when I played, I come back nearly 3 months later and it's still the same...
People think I over exaggerate or I try to make reports to try and benefit my own gain because things don't go my way, this is beyond far from true because I could really not give two shits about not getting my own way over a video game lmfao, as falsely assumed by some Staff and some players, but the reason I often correct people when they're breaking server rules and push more of a serious RP mindset, is so the players learn. Even when I lost Mentor, I was still mentoring more than all the Mentors on the server combined and I was one of the only people willing to spend an hour and even longer, to get people started and help them understand some basic rules to keep them out of trouble and I went through the rules with them thoroughly. Most people on the server truly don't give a shit, that's why people have problems with me, is because I state the server rules how they are and I try to enforce them in all situations and I won't cut anyone slack, I'm hard on people at all times to make sure it doesn't happen or doesn't happen again and I also try keeping them from breaking rules while they're doing so, because I want the population to grow so the player base is much bigger all 24 hours around the clock and the facts speak for itself and it's much more enjoyable when everyone knows the rules.
The Valentines are quitting, many people in Luciano quit, good staff members have stepped down and/or quit the server. The server is losing many active players that actually role-played on the server and it's because of shit like this and because of people with a DarkRP mindset that come on here and try taking over including some people that have ended up becoming Staff. While I still appreciate the server, I'm losing interest in playing because too many players want the server to be DarkRP and I joined in the first place because it was not a DarkRP based server. A couple of friends got so frustrated with this very problem that they intentionally MRDM to get permanently banned from the server because they didn't want to come back. It's just gotten too ridiculous for me to take some of the Staff and its player base serious anymore.
Anyway, I don't see how my situation with the Chief is not considered role-playing, it's most definitely role-play and he broke 2 rules by breaking fear RP and lying in sit. All I ask for is people to be honest, it's not hard at all. At this point, I have hardly any motivation to stay on the server any longer from some Staff members and players trying to turn this semi-serious RP server into a DarkRP server and if it's going to be DarkRP, I'm not staying around.
[EDIT]: I also contacted 911 after killing the Chief, informing the Police Force I killed the Chief inside his office. I stayed in-character the whole time and in-character, was willing to do what I did and acknowledge any consequence.
